The standard hours of operation for Web for Employees are:
7:30 am to 10:00 pm Weekdays
9:00 am to 6:00 pm Weekends

To login for the first time:
Enter your Employee ID (SSN) , CWID or the 16 digit ID Card Number and your six digit PIN, which is your birth date.
.The first time you access Web for Employees you are required to change your default Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your birth date to a new six digit PIN. It will only accept numeric characters.
Example ID: Employee ID (SSN): 123456789 - CWID: 12345678 - 16 Digit ID Card Number: 1234567891011121
Example PIN: Birth Date: Jan 23, 1956 = 012356
An alternate option is to use your O-Key login information: Your email address or O-Key userID and password.
Example Email address: pistol.pete@okstate.edu or ppistol
Example Password: PasWrd05

If you forget your PIN, contact your Human Resources/Personnel office (Email: osu-es@okstate.edu or call 405-744-5449 ) and request to have your PIN problem resolved. Or you may send a fax to, (405) 744-8345, and request that your PIN be reset. You will need to include a copy of your identification card, a telephone number where you can be reached, your Campus Wide ID number, if known, and your signature. You will be contacted via phone or email to resolve the problem. You can also download a HRS/PIN Reset form by clicking here, then mailing it to Human Resources, 106 Whitehurst
, Stillwater, OK 74078.When accessing Web for Employees, you are permitted five (5) failed attempts at logging in each day. If you incur any failed login attempts, please keep this fact in mind.

This message also occurs randomly when you enter any data or change web pages and double click the mouse or press the <Enter> key twice in succession. The remedy for this circumstance is to click or press the <Enter> key once and give the browser time to complete the request. Most function buttons display the message "Processing" when you click on them.
"login expired" will also occur after 15 minutes of inactivity. This feature is enabled for security purposes.
